Benjamin Lueck: Priority Initiative, LLC

Over the last 25 years of leading and developing teams, Benjamin has seen a lot of other leaders blow away KPIs and performance metrics, while either not realizing or just straight up ignoring the toxic workplace environment they were created to get those results.

Many leaders end up asking the question, “When do I finally get to a point where I get my life back?!”

Benjamin’s experience in leading and developing teams across 3 continents in the volunteer, commercial, government, and entrepreneurial sectors led to the creation of The IDEAL Team Framework. This framework has been battle-tested to prove that its simple action steps empower leaders to build insanely profitable, High-Performing Teams that are designed to give leaders back that time and freedom they’ve been missing.

Since the first time that Benjamin stepped onto a stage in front of more than 2000 people when he was 12 years old, he knew that he was born to be a communicator. Whether it’s big stage events, podcasts, intimate mastermind settings, one-on-one, or on video, Benjamin loves inspiring and motivating people. His messages are always accompanied by simple, practical action steps that can be immediately executed for real results in people’s lives.

Benjamin has been happily married to his amazing wife, Cierra, for 18 years and they have 5 children together. Their family enjoys spending time together, hiking through the mountains to play in waterfalls, and spending time with friends.

As a U.S. Army combat veteran with a deployment to Afghanistan in 2014, Benjamin deeply understands the value of family and community. After transitioning out of the U.S. Army in May of 2021 after more than 8 years of military service, Benjamin continues to lead a life of service to those around him. He is always looking for ways to add value to the lives and businesses of the teams he works with.
