Justin is the owner of Max Effect, and he coaches individuals within the realm of mindset and improving their physical health, so that they can become the best versions of themselves within all aspects of their lives.
He spent the better part of 15 years chasing after other people’s ideas of success and trying to prove himself as worthy and valuable. He’s always had a passion for psychology and behavior change, but it was soon after he left graduate school that he experienced an entire shift in his own identity, and he began to comprehend the true importance of mindset when it comes to accomplishing any goal or outcome.
He’s been through several incredibly challenging circumstances in his own life…from being clinically depressed for 15 years…to being a drug addict for about 10…to struggling with perfectionism with his own nutrition and physical appearance.
He now considers himself to be “addicted” to self-improvement and to helping others realize the potential they have to accomplish whatever it is they set their minds to doing.
